Love your Liver Roadshow- 19th Jan, Brent Cross

While you were relaxing with a few drinks over the festive season, your liver was working overtime!

Many of us will be making a concious effort to watch how much alcohol we consume this month, but there are long term changes we should be making for better.

Love your Liver is an initiative from The British Liver Trust which runs throughout January. It provides tips on preventing liver damage, and gives advice and information about the liver

Throughout  January the Love your Liver roadshow will be popping up at five cities across the UK. On Thursday 19th January, the roadshow will be making a brief stop at Brent Cross Shopping Centre, before heading off to Exeter, so why not pop along?

The roadshow offers everyone the opportunity to learn about the liver and get tips from Liver specialists, as well as tastings of alcohol-free wines.  You’ll even have the chance to have your liver tested through a Fibroscan: a non-invasive and painless test that measures how stiff your liver is.
